How to use this site

Here are a couple of hints on how to best use this site:

Interested in a specific topic? Enter a “keyword(s)” such as “strength” into the Search field on the right hand side of the home page.  All posts related to the term “strength” will be displayed.

Interested in a particular topic area? All posts on this blog have been assigned to a particular Category. The Categories are listed in alphabetical  order (Biomechanics, Book Review, etc.) on the right side of the home page.  Click on a Category and all posts in that Category will be displayed.

Interested in other Sport Science or Squash Coaching Sites? Links to other relevant sites are divided into two sections on the right hand side of the home page:  Sport Science and Squash.  If you know of a good link don’t forget to forward it to me.

Don’t want to have to keep checking back to see if there are new posts? Hit one of the Subscribe buttons in the Feed section at the bottom of the home page on the right hand side.  You will be notified automatically of any new posts.

Have an interesting article, link or opinion related to the science of coaching squash? E-mail me your idea directly:  tbacon@smith.edu, and I will do what I can to post it as soon as possible (happy to do simple editing so don’t worry to much if it is in rough form).
